I am multi-lingual, in many South Asian languages, which has been an ‘asset in disguise’ while serving the community here in the United States of America for last half- decade. Born, brought up and educated in India, Sweden and Nepal & seasoned with experience and expertise in the similar service-providing industry as an abroad education and career counsellor, before venturing into the Mortgage industry, I have always strived to be an organized and efficient mortgage loan processor, navigating the intricacies of the mortgage industry.

Currently, I'm working as a loan officer with Simple Mortgage LLC. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals. Originally from a small village in Nepal, I worked with many academic institutions as a resource person in the field of math and science. After moving to America with great goals and aspirations, I have been able to own multiple businesses like convenience stores and restaurants. Alongside these businesses, I have also worked in the real estate market for a long time and own a real estate firm, Dream Home Realty, operating in North Carolina. 

Presently, I am employed as a Loan Officer at Simple Mortgage LLC. My professional focus is dedicated to assisting individuals in realizing their financial objectives. I am deeply committed to providing steadfast guidance to individuals and families navigating the unique world of home financing.

I am originally from Nepal, renowned for its breathtaking mountains and I came to the United States in 2014. I started my career in a medical background, specifically the nursing practice. Whether it is with my medical practice or being a loan officer, I am truly happy that I can meet wonderful people, make new friends, and help people in different ways I can. 

I am a traveler with my education and work experience in Nepal, India, Germany, and the United States. With my diverse background and fluency in multiple languages, I can work with a diverse population.

I am a seasoned professional in finance with diverse financial experience at Capital One and various insurance companies. I bring my expertise to the mortgage industry as I have worked at Freddie Mac, one of the largest secondary mortgage companies helping build mortgage platforms like Loan Product Advisor.Serving my third term as an elected official on the Herndon Town Council and as the Chair of the Herndon Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, I serve the community and actively advocate for and promote community inclusivity.As a commissioner on the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Commission, I advise on economic growth strategies.My commitment extends to sustainable transportation solutions through my previous role as a board director of the Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA).With a master's in strategic leadership and a professional background in information technology, my expertise is also showcased in project/program management and consultancy for government agencies such as HHS or IRS.I live in Herndon, Virginia, with my family.
